NY JAY — Jay Comprehensive Plan Board releases survey, integrates arts community. The Comprehensive Plan Special Board voted to release second survey results online without creating charts, despite noting roughly 25 incomplete responses were counted, with board chair Wally Walters saying the response rate remained strong overall. The board formally integrated the local arts community into planning as stakeholders following an Arts and Culture event that drew 30 attendees.

Ann Ruzow-Holland outlined five next steps including documenting economic impact, building capacity among arts organizations, and ensuring the arts community has a voice in governance.
