NY JAY — Jay board public hearing opens and closes with no discussion. Supervisor Matthew Stanley called the hearing to order at 6:45 p.m., with Councilman Tom McDonald, Councilman Steve Forbes, and Councilor Olivia Dwyer present. Councilman Knut Sauer was absent.
Supervisor Stanley read the legal notice for the hearing, opened the floor for discussion, and received no comments from board members or the public. The board adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
